This product was malfunctioning out of the box. I contacted Kanguru technical support and they confirmed the malfunction via web to PC control. The drive functioned only at a fraction of its specified capacity (200MB vs. published 128GB) and would not format correctly. I returned the drive under RMA at my own expense and after 2 weeks, Kanguru returned the device indicating "no problem found." It was obvious that they did not run applicable diagnostics and did not correct the issue. I would definitely advise against purchasing this product and anything from this manufacturer.
