OK, the drive works fine. It does have some drawbacks though. The rubber cover is looser than previous A-Data drives I own. The drive is listed as mil-spec, but the packaging does not contain the mil-spec number. No way to verify which particular standards it meets. The military also does not approve the use of usb drives at all. So, the product works fine, but is truly not as advertised.

Decent flash drive, I wouldn't use it with a keychain though. The usb connector cover is prone to slip off with little resistance. So...that renders most of the design useless. Other than that, 8 mb up and 12 mb down on average. I haven't had it very long, but if I haven't commented on my review saying it has broken, then it still works.

I basically bought it so it'd look sweet in my Xbox, but was surprised at the speed for a USB 2.0. I won't dare to test the water proof or durabilty but even though the cap fits on nice and snug I highly doubt it'll live being submerged. The cap might be easy too loose too, but if you're going to use it like I do (copying movies from laptop to watch on xbox) then you probably won't even need the thing. If you do, it doesn't feel like it would fall out in a backpack or anything, but it's rubber so I'm sure some abuse will change that.
