If you want the tiniest pico USB drive on the planet look no further than the Wink drive. It measures just over an inch long, and at 0.1 inches thick it's wafer thin. Although its size is small, its storage capacity is not. The Wink drive is available in 2GB, 4GB, 8GB and 16GB capacities. The 16GB model holds up to 5,000 MP3 songs. The Wink drive is designed to take a beating. The delicate electronics are encapsulated in a waterproof COB unit, which is in turn protected by a high-impact polymer case. The outer case features an eye hole for an included keychain and an embossed wink face.

This review is from: AMP 4GB Wink micro pico USB Flash Drive (Personal Computers) I ordered this flash drive for my girlfriend to replace an old one that had broken. So far its been great. It is extremely tiny and is barely noticed when attached to a key chain. I have not done any speed tests on it yet, but it is certainly adequate for moving small files between computers. If you want to use this with ReadyBoost or to boot linux this is probably not your best option. The usable storage on this drive is about 3.7GB, which I'm pretty sure is in line with other 4GB drives. One tiny flash drive, Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) I would have gave it 5 stars, except when plugged in to my lap top it snapped and broke in half when a book bumped it. It was completely my fault for it breaking, but it also could have been made a little more durable. other than that, Great Price, Amazingly small, and fast trasfer rate. I will be buying another, and would recommend it to anyone |
