This review is from: Epraizer Universal Flash & SIM Card Reader/Writer, USB 2.0 (Personal Computers) Complete waste of time and money. Will not read any contacts from my AT&T sim's. Does read a FEW (about 10%) of the text messages stored on the sim. Does not see the rest. Uploaded the text messages that it could see to my PC, then re-installed the sim in the phone. Deleted the texts that I had uploaded thinking that maybe the reader would now be able to see other texts. But no, now this silly reader sees nothing at all. Do not buy!! 3 of 4 people found the following review helpful: By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Epraizer Universal Flash & SIM Card Reader/Writer, USB 2.0 (Personal Computers) The only thing it reads off the sim card is your contacts. I could read texts that i had much less deleted ones. The software wouldn't install properly. You have to use windows explorer and boot the program manually since it won't by itself. It is also really wide so if your usb ports are side-by-side you can only use the one this thing is plugged into. As a simcard reader it sucks, as for its other features i don't know because I just wanted it to read sim cards. 3 of 4 people found the following review helpful: By This review is from: Epraizer Universal Flash & SIM Card Reader/Writer, USB 2.0 (Personal Computers) Dunno about the "problem" S. Serrano reports -- I was given my Epraizer Universal Flash & SIM Card Reader/Writer as a present lat year, and it has worked perfectly with various cards and both my 2002 QuickSilver G4 and 2002 iBook Macs. The only limitation is that it requires a powered USB port, which rules out the keyboard with the QuickSilver but which the iBook and my Belkin 4-port "dock" provide. I'm satisfied enough to order one for our daughter's use!
