First of all, for anyone not sold on the technology, let me assure you that this key-sized tool is absolutely invaluable. I've been using this for only a couple of months, but already I don't know how I ever got along without it. Instead of having to continuously burn CDs to bring files back and forth from work or having to carry around stacks of floppies so that I always have the most recent copy of my homework with me, I simply put everything onto this little gadget. I get 512 Megabytes in something that weighs about an ounce. From a geek standpoint, this thing really performs. I've successfully had it working on a Windows XP system, Windows 2000 Professional, RedHat AS 2.1, Mac OS X, and the SuSE 9.1 Linux laptop that I'm typing this review on. This review is from: Imation Corp FLASH USB DRIVE 512 MB ( 17054 ) (Personal Computers) This Flash Drive is the deluxe version of many other flash drives I have by different manufacturers. This one is elegant in design, very small (I was surprised by how small it is), and having the flip open end is great since there is no cap to lose. It is also very fast even on a USB 1.0 port.
