Comment: I have used Kingston Datatravelers for years and have been very pleased with them. I am extremely pleased with the 8GB device which copies fast and completely when I back up files and folders. However, I laid out a bit of money for the 16GB model and I was sorely disappointed! It is horrible. Not only is it SLOWER than mountains wearing down but it only seemed to copy some of the files and completely ignored whole sets of folders in the copying process! I have gone through the process 3 times now and my plan is to do something we all would like to do with a piece of technological junk: slam it with a hammer. I have to wonder what the failure rate is on these high capacity Kingston crappers. It is basically useless. DO NOT BUY THIS 16GB MODEL. Check around on the net and see that many others have issues with this data drive.

Summary: Versatile Thumb Drive 2010-08-01
Comment: I have had this thumb drive for a year or so now and this thing is a champ. We have used this as an external drive for our daughter's portable dvd player and works perfectly well. Recently the thumb drive went through our washing machine and I thought all was lost. We set the drive aside and everything that was on it still worked!!

Summary: Small, great cool featured stick 2010-07-19
Comment: I like the sliding button in order to pop out the actual stick to plug into your computer. Other than that its a standard 8GB that works very well.

Summary: Not worth $1 2010-06-03
Comment: This drive stopped working after very limited use. It was probably bad to begin with...but unfortunately, I didn't use the product very much, until a while after I purchased it.
I'm not a gambler, and buying this product is a gamble. It may work...it may not... you better just hope you don't have any really important data on this thing when it decides to go bad.

Now ... if I can only get it away from my daughter.
