This review is from: Kingston DataTraveler I Generation 2 - 8 GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive DTIG2/8GB (Blue) (Personal Computers) When I bought this thumb drive I wanted a few specific things:1) No cap, because in my experience they always get lost. 2) >= 8gb of storage at a reasonable price. 3) Some way to link to a key chain. The drive by description and pictures on amazon filled all of these specifications: 1) Slide lock design, the end retracts for protection and there is no cap. 2) 8gb and less than $20. 3) A small hole at the end, not quite as big as i'd like, but it still worked. Seems well made, the drive retreats securely into the handle, quick to boot up. It doesn't "eject" properly so far (the error message comes up even if all files are closed) but that doesn't seem to be affecting its performance in any way. A great buy for the price. |
