Comment: Purchased this so that I could transfer files to my new laptop. It does exactly what I bought it for. I really like the the thumb drive. No more lost caps. I've owned a number of Kingston products in the past and have always been pleased by their performance -- and their price.

Comment: Seems like a nice value -- but the shipping period was ridiculus !! I have never had anything ordered through Amazon take so long to ship. (about 2 weeks). I had purchased it for a guest who was visiting from Canada, by the time it came he had returned home and the re-shipping cost was nearly as much as the product. -- how fustrating.

Comment: The little Kingston 8 GB Data Traveler arrived quickly (super saver), and it worked from the first plug in -- flawlessly. This is my third Data Traveler. I have not had the first problem with them.
