Got it for $10 probably 8 months ago. You plug it in to a computer's USB port, your computer immediately recognizes it, and it's pretty simple. Much easier than storing things on a Rewriteable-CD (go ahead and laugh, I know, I'm way behind).
I've never had a problem with it - it works perfectly. One of the other amazon.com reviews, 'tyler,' noted that he 'formated' it, then he had problems. I have not formatted mine, but now I guess I won't.
The outside container does have a little hook on the end (you can see in the picture of it here on amazon), probably to go onto a keychain. Another reviewer, 'elaine,' noted that this plastic 'container' that covers it can break or 'snap' off, even with her occasional use. Mine hasn't, and it feels fine - I ususally just keep it in my desk drawer. But I guess I'll be more careful.

I bought the Lexar 4GB Twist & Turn drive on impulse at an office supply store that had them on sale really cheap. Accidentally left mine in my pants pocket after returning home from a trip and it went through the washer and dryer. Incredibly, it still worked just fine afterward! What better endorsement do you need?
Beware the plastic hinge!,

Easy to use with a mac. However during the 3rd month of occasional use the cover snapped off. The plastic hinge is gone. I would not agree with their description of durable.
