Very Unhappy with Response from Company and Amazon,

I like to plan ahead so I bought this well in advance of my son-in-law's birthday. Unfortunately, the 8 GB I paid for turned out to be a 2 GB in a box with two stickers indicating that it was an 8. Amazon won't allow a return because it's a few weeks after their allowable return date. The seller (AC Gears, Inc.) responded promptly with an "upgrade code" that was marked "deleted" in the e-mail that was supposed to be their solution. When I e-mailed about that, they sent an e-mail saying to contact the manufacturer (Mimobot, but no info. on how to contact them) since it was a continuing problem AC Gears was having with them. So now they want it to be my problem. No real help at all. Especially disappointing when it was for a gift and from a seller with 5 stars! Next time I'll just go into a real store with a building!
