But that's definitely better than looking for the drive to fit the cap. I guess this would qualify as a thimble drive and the largest problem with it is how easy it is to misplace. I bought it for a specific use, transfer of music files from an iPod nano without using iTunes since the original music files are not currently assessable. Haven't removed it from the transmitter since it was inserted over six months ago and it meets that purpose very well. At less than an inch in length it does not protrude and can be stored, mounted in the transmitter in the car console glove box. Also a good thing since I dropped the cap between the seats some time ago and chances are it was also some time ago sucked up in the car wash vacuum.

At present the drive is within 74 MB of capacity and all 3.9GB + are music tracks (652 total tracks). It is accessed several times each day and to date I have not encountered any difficulties. I intend to buy a couple more for backup but I have...Read more

Our BluRay players need a USB drive to store more information from Live Disks, these work great. They don't stick out and make you worry about breaking them off.
