First I wanted to point out that I have tested the device under Vista, and it DOES support ReadyBoost, which helps speed up a Vista computer.

As far as read and write performance go, it's pretty much middle of the pack.

It's very small, and much more plasticy-feeling than the product picture indicates. There is what looks like a metal wrap when looking at the device from the front, but on closer inspection it seems to be plastic. The pqi logo is molded in, not printed on. So if you had hopes of removing that (as I did) - forget it. The device does seem durable enough to handle a fair amount of physical use.

The technology is there. It is superfast, with a large storage capacity in a tiny package. Perhaps, the case is too small...the plastic cracked after the fifth use and it is extremely difficult now to insert into a USB port. It still works, it is just a hassle to use.

Seems more like a miniSD card inside a molded adapter that fits inside a USB socket. Doesn't have the usual metal male USB part. The way it fits always seems a little precarious, but it does work.

If, like me, you're a sucker for cute tiny gadgets that fit on your keychain, you will like this. There is none smaller!
