Oddly, these are marketed more to college kids to wear as a necklace. To me, it seems obvious that it's going on a key chain. Which is where mine has been since day one. I have the 2GB model and it's very nice. The data xfer speeds are better than normal (but not high speed). Like the other poster said, the drive will not detach from the key ring until specifically pulled on. It's been on my keyring with my house/car keys for two years now and I've never had a single problem.

Dislikes: Need another color besides white. Navy or black or something would be nice. The keyring is slightly larger than needed, but isn't in my way.

Likes: Everything else. I paid $60 when these were brand new. Now that they're less than half that, buy one. Now.

It is a good flash drive, because it is designed so that it easily detaches from my keychain. The key ring is slightly large for my taste, but is functional. I was afraid that the flash drive would detach accidentally, but it fits securely and will not fall off. I am satisfied...just don't buy from BlueProton; I waited nearly a month to receive this item.

Rather than spend twice as much for a "medical alert" flash drive, I wanted one where I could use my own format. The different shape makes it easy for the EMS people to find. I also have a standard bracelet with the symbol with a small note telling them a few basics and where to look for more information. It has already proved valuable.
