I bought this a few weeks ago and, boy, am I sorry. The keychain loop broke in my pocket within two weeks. My friend repaired it with some body-filler putty and now I'm not sure if Amazon will take it back. (Do they take back products you alter in an effort to make them work?)

Besides that, the USB connector kept sliding out while the unit was in my pocket, even though it's a bit balky to slide the connector out when you do it by hand.

SandDisk has some nerve cheaping out on materials while charging, is it $64 or $120? for this thing. The chips are mass produced so, undoubtedly, they aren't expensive to produce. There's no excuse for wrapping the chip in a flimsy, poorly-designed plastic housing. What were they thinking??

I have the SanDisk Cruzer 8 GB and really liked it but needed more space and bought this. From a practical point, the retracting mechanism was sticky and it is hard to operate with one hand. I returned and got the Patriot 64 GB instead.
