I picked up one of these on an impulse when it was on sale at Best Buy.
The form factor is great. I was already on the lookout for a tiny sub drive like this. Though it might be so small to get lost easily. Fortunately it comes with a soft rubber case to bluk it up a little while in your pocket. The build is nice to. It feels really solid. Even if it gets stepped on, it'll last.
As far as tecnical performance, however, I can't say it's all that great. Write speeds are horrible* (100MB file, sustained write speed of around 1.1 to 1.2MB/s... and yes, that's on a USB 2 port). It chokes even more if copying a folder of several files. Right now I'm looking at a 15 minute wait to copy a folder of 700 items at 105.3MB total size. That's just not right (no pun intended).
So, for style points, it's great. For technical performance, I can't recommend it.

I love the small form factor of these tiny usb drives; but, I really hate how very slow they are. The throughput is extremely slow compared to all the other usb drives I have. I have Sandisk, A-Data, Ativa, Verbatim, and a no-name usb drives and all are many times faster than my 4gb Sony Micro Vault. To load up 3-4 gigs, it takes several hours. To do the same on my 4gb Sandisk or 8gb A-Data, it is less than an hour.
My tech experience is very high. My testing was done on a Vista Ultimate 64bit laptop. I also have 2 2gb Sony Micro Vaults and they are just as slow. But at 2gb, it was not such a big deal.
If you just want something very tiny, then this is ok. But if you really also are concerned with performance, then buy something else. I recommend Sandisk.

I recently purchased a Sony Blu-ray player which required a usb flash drive for storage purposes (downloads). The problem is the usb slot in the back is too small for a regular sized usb flash drive...probably designed like that on purpose to increase their own flash drive sales. Well, it worked, they got a sale.
The flash drive works fine...will likely never leave the back of the blu-ray player.
