Product Description
Super Talent's patented PICO USB drives pack huge capacities into a tiny case. Half the size of an SD card, each PICO drive is smaller than the plug at the end of a USB cable! But tiny does not have to mean fragile or slow. Encased in a sleek and solid metal housing, no-compromise PICO drives are shock- and water-resistant to hold up under harsh conditions.

Summary: Great product with a couple small reservations 2010-03-09
Comment: First of all, this product works exactly as it should. I haven't had any problem with it working on a mac or PC. It is small and seems very durable. I have no worries about it being on my key chain, which is the main reason I bought it. There are two things that keep this from being a 5-star product. First, this thing fits really tight into the USB ports. It seems to be just SLIGHTLY larger than it should. That won't prevent it from fitting into a USB port, but, due to the small size of the drive itself, makes taking it OUT of the port a bit of a challenge. Which would not be that big of a deal if the strap that it came with was the usual spin-it-in-the-middle type of strap that leaves half on the drive even when removed from your key chain. Instead it is a hook that leaves nothing on the drive and makes pulling it out of the port very difficult. I replaced the strap with one from an old flash drive that leaves something on the drive to grab on to, and now I am happy.

Summary: Very handy to have... 2010-03-09
Comment: It's small, water proof and it holds 32GB of data. What else can you ask for in a thumb drive?

Summary: You can't believe how small it is. Works fine. 2010-03-03
Comment: I wanted small, but this thing turns out to be lose-it-amongst-your-pocket-lint small. The chain it's on may have more volume. It's about 3/4 the width of a dime. This is what I wanted, I suppose. I second the comment that it's a hair tight getting it into the port, but that's partially because the construction is so dense/sturdy that there's no give to it. Which, again, is theoretically exactly what you want.
Only downside so far is that it registers on a Windows 7 device as only 7.4GB, where I needed 7.8 to back something up. But on Mac OS X, it shows up as 8.05GB, which is odd...

Summary: Broke after 1 month of occasional use 2010-03-02
Comment: Only occasional use. And it takes 1 week for Super Talent to respond to RMA request. Then you have to mail the product to them. Then, at their discretion, they can mail a new one to you -- one that is just as likely to break as the first. Total turnaround time for you to get a working thumb drive again is up to a month. At your expense for mailing.
AND you lose your data.
Pass on this one -- as cool as it looks.

Summary: badass thumb drive 2010-02-28
Comment: I work in software development and use my thumb drive every day. I've gone through several over the years, but this is by far my favorite. It's small, has a fast transfer speed, and durable as hell. I kept it on my key ring, which I always keep in my pocket with loose change and whatever else I happen to be carrying around, for a year and a half and it works just as good now as the day I bought it. I've also gotten it wet several times and have never had any data loss or corruption problems. I'm retiring it today only because I got a 16gb version. I highly recommend this product.
