I like it. The only disappointment that I have is that the slide for moving the plug in and out of the casing has no resistance to it at all, slides too easily. Would be nice if it felt like it was a little stiff or locked a bit when it was open or closed. I have not checked speed because so far all the machines I used it on are only 2.0 but it works fine. This was the only 3.0 device I found that was capless and could slide in/out of the casing, so thanks for that. I like that since caps are lost too easily and I like it to be protected when in my pocket.
WIsh it was little faster, but still 3.0 fast,

I love the capless design. It was actually THE reason I bought this one. I will lose the cap, so this was best choice for me. speeds aren't as fast as some voyagers, but it's still plenty fast.
Nothing bad to say about it, but I wish it was a little faster
High data transfer speed,

I was looking for a 32 GB USB-3 flash drive for backing up my documents in my present laptop having only USB-2 drive. Later on I want to transfer the documents to another laptop (having USB-3 drive) that I proposed to buy. I then located Transcend Flash 32 GB USB-3 Jetflash 760 which is also USB-2 backward compatible in Amazon.com. I used this USB-3 drive to copy the data from my laptop through USB-2 port. I find data transfer rate is higher than copying to a USB-2 flash drive.
I also find that the free backup software 'Transcend Elite' (to be downloaded separately) is also very useful.
